研究领域:1. 使用单分子磁镊技术揭示RNADNA、蛋白质等生物大分子的动态结构及其相互作用,探索生物大分子的结构动态和功能机制;2. 单分子视角下研究病毒基因组的包装、转录和复制;3. 发展单分子力学探针,以应用于单分子检测和机械约束下分子互作的定量研究。
